There are many types of bullying and it can affect you mentally, emotionally and physically. Not only does the victim need help but in some cases the bully is the one who is needing help as well. Step OneStep One - Avoid bullies. Stay away from places where bullying takes place.

Step TwoStep Two - Speak up. When a bully picks on you, tell the bully in a calm,

Step 3Step Three - Tell an adult. If the bully continues to pick on you, tell your
